Thank you for visiting this professional introduction to Cardell McCollum, Financial Consultant. The groundwork to my career began with receiving my Bachelor Degree in Finance from Illinois State University in 1989.
I immediately accepted a position as a Management Associate with LaSalle Bank, N.A. My tenure with LaSalle lasted ten years, departing as Vice President and Manager of Sales and Training. While in management, my team of 15 sales reps and I produced 80 million dollars per month in gross volume, all within a 1.5 million dollars annual budget. This dubious task was done by maintaining a vigorous twenty-two states travel schedule (including Alaska and Hawaii) and requiring both my reps and me to expend three weeks per month on the road. Statistics show that the average travel-life span for someone in this role is three years. Considering I endured ten years, I feel that I live the life of approximately three business-travelers and felt it was time to set my sites on a new challenge.
